At first I thought you were overselling it in the beginning of the call but I rewatched and it's just nit picking to say you could of probably cut a little off the beginning but you believed in what you were doing and closed it at full price! You can't beat that!

I never seen what point she was sold until andy sold her. She discussed other estimates, fear of not selling, and doubt. Andy sold her on this within 10 minutes period.

What location is he working out of and what proof do you have of andy being the difference for him? Have yet to meet anyone who has benefitted from his scam id advise people to take steroids & practice lying tactics & manipulation tactics as this guy does before they go taking his advice anywhere other than a braindead city environment with a shady finance manager, this was a fake phone call my coworker was there live.. he says otherwise

It sounded like he closed a deposit. She reiterated so many times that the deposit is refundable and wanted it in writing-it’s easy to commit to $100 over $4k. I’d love to see if this sale fully closed regardless of if her house sold or not

This actually shows why so many people hate sales people. This woman actually believes Andy is, as he says "wanting to take care of her, and promises to personally take care of her whenever she is ready". He completely lied, over and over and over again how much he cares for her and will take care of her. In reality, as soon as this video was over, Andy got a huge check from the moving company, got on a plane, and went to his next training session. He will not be there when she calls back. Lies. Lies. Lies. Great job Andy, since you became filthy rich by saying whatever it took, and lying to people, you now get paid to train others how to lie to people. Sad...
