Autumn has arrived. I notice different kind of nuts are available in the supermarket, this gives me an idea for my next snack-making. This time, I have made salted caramel popcorn with mixed nuts. It has a sweet nutty flavour and I very much enjoyed it with my family and friends while watching movies or Netflix series. Life is good!

Serves: 2 person | Prep time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
Corn Kernels 120g | 玉米粒120克
Mixed Nuts 200g | 杂坚果200克
Cooking Oil 3 tbsp | 食用油3汤匙
Butter 80g | 黄油80克
Sugar 150g | 糖150克
A pinch of Salt | 少许盐
