At age 31, reality TV star and This Morning presenter Sam Thompson is training smarter than ever.
Having spent most of his twenties chasing aesthetic results, the former Made in Chelsea star now has more holistic ambitions. He wants to be strong and fit, too. ‘Five years ago, I just wanted to look good - now I want to feel good,’ he tells Men’s Health.
We caught up with him at Farm Fitness gym in Essex, where he took us through a few of his go-to exercises for building his biceps, chest, legs, glutes and back - along with a quick hit of cardio.

Literally no idea who this is, not to "hate" but, also have no idea how someone with a completely average physique (bordering on looking like he's never been to a gym) is doing a workout clip.

He was from a show called 'Made in Chelsea'. I do agree woth your point, but I think the concept of this was to show how he transformed from how he was to how he looks like now.

@TheFrazzyo Sorry to break it to you, but the person in the video isn't "shredded." He may have been or may be now, but he isn't in this. Why would I research something and someone I literally couldn't give a crap about, especially when I have eyes. Now clearly, this upsets you. Did I insult your dream guy or your favourite (z list) celebrity from your favourite show that all the intellectuals from the Dunning Kruger school of thought, just love? Oh, do let me know so I can start to care about anonymous nobodies that are upset by KZfaq comments.
