Responding to criticisms of recording Jeremy Boreing's phone conversation, Crowder says it's only okay for people like James O'Keefe to use tactics like that to expose corruption on the left and not the right. Crowder goes on to claim that The Daily Wire is completely misrepresenting the amount of money that Crowder was asking for, and how it would be distributed in the contract.

I asked for 3× what they offered. They cut off negotiations. I secretly recorded them in a phone call months later pretending I walked away for principled reasons, but it wasn't ab the money. Who believes this?

Notice how Crowder's compliment of Shapiro calling him a brilliant guy is a actually a veiled insult because it implies Ben is deceitful and not honorable.
