Rachel’s cooking reminds me of my mother’s cooking during my grade school years in the late 40s and early 50s. The only difference was my mother didn’t have a mixer/blender, she used a molcajete with a stone pistle and she cooked the beef in small batches so it wouldn’t steam. Rachel’s cooking reminds me so much of home......with fresh tortillas directly off the griddle, O what remembrances of the past!

My teenage grandson came over for tea the other night. Ok, I had to adjust it all a bit because I can't buy the tomatillo and green peppers but they were an instant hit. He has even requested them for the next time he invites himself over for tea, which won't be too long as he loves these sirloin fajitas. Something new for us and we're loving it.

Rachel~I wok0e" up in the middle of the night and could not sleep what do I fine but you cooking beautiful sirloin beef tacos, & So now I’m hungry 😊❣️❣️♥️ I’m so glad you have your show because you" make everything looks so easy, so delicious, and like anybody can do it❣️❣️Not to mention that cooking can be clean without any messes LOL and the prettiest plates and dishes I’ve ever seen ~so colorful…EVERY TIME 🌈”YOUR RON” must feel like a KING The way you cook for him❣️❣️❣️❣️ I learned some thing about cooking all these years I’ve never done such as cooking my meat on high so that you get less grease and waiting the last few minutes to put the salt on so that it doesn’t cause more grease or liquid. I can’t wait to try this experiment myself❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ I was highly disappointed when we got to the end of your video and I’m looking for your notes and there’s no guacamole recipe because as you were putting your tacos together and everything looks so good that you had made, and your heaping the guacamole on, I’m thinking, that’s the BEST PART❣️❣️Yes, to my surprise, there was NO recipe. Please you made several Mexican dishes and I would really love your favorite guacamole dish because I have my own but I’d LOVE to have yours, For “YOUR RON’s” guacamole, please, could you share your recipe with myself and others. I would be so excited to have it officially… Whenever you have time.
