Actually, all those kills go to diseases; the mosquitos are just a primary carrier. Remember, bacteria are a class that causes debuffs--they aren't just types of debuffs.

The croc the movie trailer that Matt mentions is a real crocodile that killed a bunch of people, though the movie exaggerates the number of people it killed.

Also, it's more disappointing than he said. The trailer editing and narration specifically made it seem like the film was about a serial murderer who used African shaman magic to turn into a monster. Instead, it was just a big crocodile.
