Basic YOGA ASANAS for Good Health - Beginners + All Age groups | Beginners Yoga at home
Some easy basic beginners yoga asanas to practice at home and start your journey towards good health...how does that sound? In this video I share with you few basic yoga poses that can be done by all age groups easily at home and will guarantee good health for everyone.
This is a 12 minute beginners yoga routine where I have focused on the very basic yoga poses keeping in mind beginners who want to go deeper into the realm of yoga. With offices and gyms mostly being closed, these yoga poses will help you strengthen, detox, develop focus all at the same time. Yoga can be done by everyone and it has no preset requirements. You just have to start somewhere and this video will help you to start your yoga journey. Also, this is a follow along video, so grab your mats and let’s do this together!! Also belated ‘Happy International Yoga Day’.

I begin my journey of self improvement today and hope that it will continue for a month, 6 months or maybe a whole year. I really liked how the video had explanation of benefits of each pose. I did the yoga as I was watching it. When I did the tree pose I kept losing balance but I was encouraged how she said try and challenge the body. "Its about practice and not about perfection." Well said:)

Decided to do this video since today is International Yoga Day 2024. My Apple Watch says to do yoga for ten minutes and this is the video that I picked. The tree pose was my fave. It was extremely easy and my balance was perfect. Thank you!

As it is the year end, you are one person I have to thank sincerely for having changed my life completely. Into my 30's and was thinking of some kind of exercise at home as the sedentary lifestyle and my body had started showing signs of focusing on health.Yoga was always in mind and had started searching for videos on youtube. But started to do after seeing your video that was apt for beginners, simple and gave the confidence to get started.And there is something about you that inspired me to incorporate better lifestyle.obviously it wasn't easy but as the year end I'm so grateful to you for showing this side of it.Its not only about physical asanas now but about a healthy way of life. I have even attended in person yoga sessions and all they do is move you through different poses without focusing on correct form. I'm not in shape, and this is challenging but not overwhelming and relaxing yet engaging! Most yoga videos I've seen are either way to advanced or completely boring. This is the best one I've found and I love the part 2 as well. It's day 2 for me doing it and I plan to make it a daily routine. ❤️

Thank you for the video. I’m recovering from knee pain that has lasted for four years. I’m a Chinese and I’ve had acupuncture and Chinese traditional massage. Along those therapies I think I should also pick up yoga again to self help!

Thank you for this video . I have tried few basic exercises in yoga like hand movements and leg movements. But when it came to sitting down in vajrasan or sukhasan I would always find it difficult to keep my knees down. I have always wondered if there were yoga stances that could help people like me to get to seat in sukhasan or vajraasan before starting with advanced levels. And it’s by chance that I came across this video . Although my knees are still up in air😂even with bolsters on the side I’m sure eventually I’ll get there. It’s been a great help. I look forward to doing these aasanas in the morning.
