Note:
- Both monsters have EQUAL HP to keep fights fair.
- All Monsters have lowered HP (keep fight length reasonable).
- All other stats are all based on default values provided by Capcom
- We also take no responsibility for any unusual A.I behaviour, as these are variables we cannot adjust.
- These fights are not to be taken seriously and are not based on Monster Hunter Lore, I simply make them for people to watch and enjoy.

That was a lot closer than I thought! I thought Scorned would win by a landslide, but this shows off just how powerful the title update monsters are. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

@Skarm Ironheart the sheer firepower of gold rathian is quite crazy; but scorned only really got started near the end and what a turnaround it was. The next fight is going to been even more epic for sure; violet mizutsune takes on furious rajang

This fight taught me two lessons: 1-NEVER try to predict the winner of a monster fight (because you can end eating your own words,just like me at the start of this fight) 2-Scorned Magnamalo is not only OP,he's a living CLUTCH. 7:19 That was nuts!

While people generally called it that Scorned Magnamalo would win, it was definitely way closer than they wer elikely expecting it to be! A few missed steps here or there, and Gold Rathian could've easily won it!

形態変化により終盤になるほど強くなるマガドと毒と火傷がダメージソースとして重要なので終盤になるほど弱くなる金レイアその差が顕著にでた印象

Yooooo, that fight is one of the best that I got to witness on this channel. Goldie and Scorny both are brutal monsters, and damn I couldn't guess who would win until the very last minute because of how they one-sidedly bullied each other the whole fight

I think I speak for everyone here when I say that I really wasn’t expecting Gold Rathian to be such a worthy opponent for Scorned! I was almost certain Scorned might finally lose this fight but it came out on top once again! Excellent fight for an excellent tournament 😁

@HOLY DIVER Scorned Magnamalo has some of the best moveset and I gotta add he always does the killing blow in style. He's got an even more fiery tempered foe in the next round.

ネタバレ注意毒、火というアドバンテージ持ちの相手に(鬼火螺旋突き除いて)ほぼ近接で勝つ怨嗟マガド凄いね。女相手だからって時々舐めプしてるのがヒヤヒヤしたけど、何とか勝てて安心した。金レイアが勝つだろうと予想してたけど、実は心の底から彼を応援してた。そして今回夫婦共に初戦負けしてしまった金♡銀☆loves、やはり愛の力だけでは勝ち上がれなかったか…しかし次出場するときは実力をしっかり付けてくることでしょう。頑張れ

Just realized Scorned Magnamalo has not one but two "Super moves". The wizard tail thing and the big arm burst thing. This monster isn't just tough, he's outright devastating! Wonder how my boi Espinas will deal with him.

Awesome fight as always! Will you consider doing a similar tournament but for Apex monsters? Ok I know apex are irrelevant in master rank but they have really cool movesets and I though it would be spectacular to feature them in arena as well. Anyway Keep up the good work!

I have to admit that I really underestimated Gold here. I didn't expect it to be this close because of how aggressive Scorned is known to be, but Gold surprised me with how much she was able to hold her own to the point they were both just a few hits away from killing each other. Scorned did win in the end, and Gold taught me a lesson where I should not underestimate her even if the matchup might look to be against her.

gold rathian will have exposed a lot of scorned fans to his weaknesses and going forward I hope more people support gold rathian in future fights, she earned it as a elder tier monster

Extremely close. And quite good too. The arena did mess with their explosions a little bit, but it seems to have had a negligible impact this time around and even after Scorned landed his stunlock combo and went into super weeb mode Goldian still held the upper hand the majority of the fight. Unfortunately for her, she charged up her highly damaging ultimate attack and then completely whiffed it at the worst possible time, giving Scorned free reign to retaliate and understandably costing her the fight. It's a shame, but she did one hell of a lot better than I thought she would anyways so I'm proud regardless. Overall a very fair fight, and I can't deny that.

What do you guys think of the new update that’s coming later this month? I’m just curious if Chaotic Gore will be a match for Scorned Magnamalo, there has to be some monster out there that can kill it 😂

@Caligula 300 Really excited for Chaotic Gore Magala, but also the new risen monsters. I think if Chaotic will definitely be force to reckon if the other magala's are anything to go by. Though whether or not it can beat scorned is another story.

I wished the Golden Rathian could win but thought that to be unlikely before watching the fight. At one point I thought she could win, but unfortunately she didn't make it. It's a pity that both she and the Silver Rathalos encountered some of the toughest opponents in the first round. That said, this fight is exciting to watch, as it is fluctuation in the expectation that makes things interesting.

I actually bet on Gold to win originally as i though it the underdog in this line-up. I figured it'd be close but honestly i forgot how Scorned gets much more aggressive the lower its health is so its good to see that coming in clutch! Can he pull through against Flaming Espinas in the next round? I think he has a shot for sure! Espinas & Rathian are similar in the way they move though Espinas is slower, and takes more time to get off his big booms so with that in mind, i think Scorned may take the win! I dont know how or if defense down even effects monsters but without that paralysis, Flaming may just take an L! Although, he is able to proc poison significantly more often than gold rath can due to it being mixed in with all his fire moves! So maybe that'll give him the edge needed?

@Dragonhatchie Exactley, Gold Rathian lost to probably one of the strongest Monster in the game, but she came close to winning it. They are way stronger here than they were in Iceborne at least.

I went to this having a hard time seeing a win for goldie. Her dominance at the start surprised me quite a bit and had me really rooting for her! But, I think this shows a bit how (top tier) MH monsters have changed over time. Gold Rathian is quite limited by the "standard" rage and exhaustion mechanics and by still having those old flying wyvern moves (god those tailspins lol). Meanwhile the newer monsters like Magna seemingly are designed about keeping amping up the fight - they start pretty underwhelming, but when they get going they're nigh-unstoppable. In the end, I think it would have been a close(r) fight if Magna's "dig up the ground" move didn't 100% guarantee a topple 😁

This was one white hot match, for a while Gold Rathian had it, Scorned Magnamalo had to take advantage of its ability to topple Gold Rathian with anti air attacks, Gold Rathian did waste some opportunities to make some of its offensive skills connect, in the end this was quite the match, both had the same amount of HP.

As a hardcore Rathian fan i almost had a stroke, she came close, as close as literally 1 big fireball, if she hadn't missed that last big blue burst of fire she would have won, anyway it could have gone either way, ngl i now want to see more of her

Goldian was dominating pretty much the entire Time. Just spamming these Nukes, then Scorne used his red Gas. Tja, cant have luck every Time.

Scorned is simply stronger because he has bigger hitbox which is insane and he hardly flinch. He tank almost all the attack which give him the upperhand for counter. Now that is what a flagship monster do.

@Doki Doki Scorned is strong for sure, but I think the metal raths have traditionally never been strong as other elder-tier monsters when it comes to monster vs monster fights. So it will be interesting how Scorned does against Flaming Espinas

@golden spino4 I'd argue it has the aggression but lacks the speed, but so far it hasn't faced a defeat due to it's explosive moveset.

今回のb(以下略) 原種夫婦ヘタレなだけあって希少種になろうがヘタレ夫婦のようだった怨嗟マガドが疲れた時に舐めプしたヘタレイア希少種の罪は重い。エスピナス亜種が怨嗟マガドに勝てるかどうかは全くわからないが怨嗟マガドが勝ちそう。(エスピナス亜種頑張って。)
