Iba a pedirles que hagan un video de esto. De verdad esta tema no existe tanto. Solo hay poco info sobre esto. Todavía me da pena, pero esta lección me ayudó empezar a comprenderlo. Hay que hacer más videos incorporando las frases a través del video. Mil gracias. Son muy interesantes, y me fascina mirar sus videos.

Now we need a video on "te me" o "te les" etc., como "no te me parezcas tonto amor". I'm not even sure if that's right, but I heard that one somewhere. I would love to see more typical examples with "te me" even though I get the general principle. These structures are conspicuously absent in nearly every instructional text, just like se me etc. But it's hard to understand why, since you hear it all the time! And there are SOOOO many more uses of "se me" etc. too, both with other verbs and even with the verbs mentioned here. Eg., "se me hace que" can mean "I'm guessing that". Great video though, I know you can't cover every example in 10 minutes. The examples you gave here were excellent.

Es un buen tiempo para escuchar esta lección. Gracias! Una amiga me dijo hoy 'se me olvidó marcarte...' Entendí más o menos lo que quería decir pero no sabía cómo construir el tipo de frase. En inglés, es como el pasivo 'it was forgotten...' como si no fue su culpa de ella.

SE ME HACE se puede usar para describir acciones físicas que ocurren, por ejemplo: Si no me peino SE ME HACEN nudos en el cabello.

En inglés, cuando no queremos aceptar la culpa, usamos la voz pasiva. Muy util para los políticos - "Mistakes were made."

Pues, no se me da estructuras gramaticales nuevas. Sin embargo se me hace más fácil cuando escucho un hispano hablante usarlas en conversación. 😉

"llamársele" Not sure why the indirect object is needed here... Obtenían un producto que aquí en el caribe se le llamó -- se conocío -- propriamente hablando con el nombre de "Tafia".

Es es un "se" impersonal, es otro tipo de se. Significa it was called by many people or the majority of people.

Exactamente por ese asunto el español se me hace difícil. Cada vez surge un nuevo caso del uso de se y causa un poco frustración. Por ejemplo: no puedo dicer "si el me busca" pero tengo que dicer " si se me busca". Porque?
