Our country is surrounded by sea, so seafood is plentiful for us. This is not our traditional old dish. But I make this food only from things that a villager can easily find. Here I am not using any harmful flavorings and have got the flavor only through spices. Your loving Udarata Manike (A traditional woman from Kandy era) කදුකරයට වුනත් යහමින් මුහුදු ආහාර ලැබෙන්නේ ඉස්සර නම් නුවරට විවර වුන කඩවත් වලිනුයි. රට වටකර තියෙන මුහුද නිසා මත්ස්‍ය අස්වැන්නත් මෙහෙ බහුලයි. ඉතිං ඉස්සර කාලෙ තාලෙට අලුත් කාකේ කෑමක් ගැමි ගෙදරත් හදන්නයි මේ සූදානම. කොලපාට පිරුණු ගස් වැල් අතරින් පෙරිලා එන කහ පාට හිරු රැස් වලින් බබලන කදුකර පාර දිගේ මේ එන්නේ උදේ මාලු වෙළෙන්දගෙන් ගත්තු මාලුත් අරගෙනමයි. එන්න .. අලුත් කෑමක් වුනත් ගමේ හැඩය එක් කරලා රසට හදන හැටි බලන්න... වෙනද වගේම ආදරෙන් මං.. උඩරට මැණිකේ..
