In New School, Kronk’s dad appears in one episode and appears to be on good terms with his son, suggesting it’s set *after* the sequel, but Miss Birdwell is never mentioned nor the fact that Kronk and her are married.

Okay, hear me out- The Jungle Book 2 is actually really freaking good. Here's my reasoning. 1. The animation is so much better than the first movie 2. The song Jungle Rhythm really slaps 3. Mowgli's conflict of not belonging in the jungle OR the village is well written 4. We get to know Shanti better 5. Ranjan is best boi 6. The ending fight/chase sequence is epic 7. Mowgli's human father figure is also written well 8. Actually all the characters are written incredibly, except for maybe Lucky the vulture 9. Honestly I thought this was better than the original lol

I feel obliged to say that I too recently watched this film and although it wasn't, by any means the Emperor's New Groove, why is no one mentioning Miss Birdy Poo and Kronky Poo? I still laugh a little because of how intoxicated they are with each other and how endering they find these pet names.

Actually they kind of explain it in the series where it’s widely known that the transformative effects of the potion are actually temporary. After a certain amount of time people who were changed into animals will change back.
