Pro tip: When speaking to strangers in Latin countries, rather than saying "tienes" say "hay" instead. "Tienes" is a bit too personal to say to strangers in much of Latin America, there it's used mostly with friends and family. Certainly in Mexico, for sure (and better to err on the side of caution elsewhere). Eg "Hay gatorade?" rather than "Tienes gatorade?," "Hay pollo y arroz acqui?" rather than "Tienes pollo y arroz acqui?," etc. You'll come across as even more the class act that you are ;)
