Жыл бұрынA very gooday to you all and join me in this video as I not only make my way up the Atherstone flight of locks on my way to start filming Season 10 of Travels by Narrowboat, I also make fresh coffee with my new Bialetti percolator, answer some viewer questions, 'AND' attempt to comply with the wishes of one viewer, who stressed in no uncertain times that I should wear a very particular style of light blue shirt . . .

I don’t know anything about wifi or stabilization but I do know the sound quality is great and the photography is clear and colour excellent. Your zooming in on details and canal scenes show you still have that wow factor of a newbie. Thank you for years of excellent vlogs.

I stumbled onto your videos the beginning of Jan 2020 while convalescing at home after open heart surgery. I truly enjoyed escaping to travel along with you; the adventure, Aslan, the canals of England and your witty comments and observations. I continue to enjoy traveling with Aslan and you. Thank Kevin.

Personally I think you portray the wonder & beauty along the canals with your photography. And if you showed up in a light blue, button-up shirt, I wouldn't know who you were 😂 So excited for Season 10. Relaxing just to hear Aslan's chug-chug-chug and your voice (along with your humor). I only tuned in near the end and immediately remarked "goodness, look at that fellow in the light blue shirt with the top button undone and the sleeves rolled up. What an open, friendly sort of person he seems to be!" Not being particularly partial to open or friendly people, however, I rewound to the start and was greatly relieved to find good old Country House Gent after all. So now I can look forward to season 10!

Your excellent photography skills (including the detail captures - in this video of the echinacea daisies) and the natural beauty of the English countryside surely make any commentary superfluous. The wind in the trees, the rush of the water, the chugging of the diesel - perfect. I'm greatly looking forward to season ten, however you wish to dress. 👍

Woke up this morning to find my refrigerator had stopped working over night. Spent all morning calling manufacturers and store warranties, etc... Season 10, Yes! Great first vlog. Love the attention to detail being shown working the boat and the locks. Filling the water tank. Can't get enough of your day to day. The more content the better. The flower scenes and the humor of you crouching as Aslan floats by was funny. Very Monty Python-ish. The live mic and quality of the video is really noticeable. WOW factor of 100 out of 100! Apparel. I have a closets full of clothes. Guess what I wear day in year out over a life time. Yep. Tee shirts and blue jeans. Smooth boating. 🐞

I’ve just pause the video to say that the sound of Aslan is the best background sound of any narrow boat blog which I follow. Hands-down, the best, most comforting sound of all. Oh and I’m sure you realize this, but that wireless mic did not pick up any of the breeze in the trees and your voice over. I bet that gave you great joy. Oh, and I loved the lockies at work. Now back to the video at 9:009.

I could speak to a hundred people and be hard pressed to find one that was even aware of the band! It has been great seeing you and Aslan on the move again and I am very much looking forward to season 10! While I am partial to a nice light blue button down I appreciate you wearing what you want.
