Set a bench flat
Sit on bench
Clean a dumbbell overhead
Start with arms straight with hands underneath head of dumbbell
Keep elbows from moving and lower dumbbell as low as possible
Press dumbbell to starting position
Repeat for reps
Tips
Sit tall throughout the movement
Look straight ahead
