Seems like it could be build up in your lines. Usually happens if you dont use jewelized water. Use some warm water with vinagar and let in run through your lines a few times. Then rinse.

I fixed this issue by removing and cleaning both the spigot and the feed line back to the water tank. It was pretty disgusting. If your hot water spigot flows more easily than your cold, this is very likely your issue. The spigot just rotates counter clockwise approx 30 degrees when looking front face.

Did you ever figure it out? Mine is doing the same exact thing and I’ve trouble shot everything other videos told me to do and I’m in the same boat as you.

This brand is junk. Everything in mine is frozen. No way to adjust temp. The entire res is just ice inside. Did you open it?

let me know if you are still needing a fix and I will take the time to make a video, My job was throwing the same dispenser as yours with the same issue took a crack at it and managed to fix it😅

Can you show / tell us how you fixed this? I also have a tube that isn't connected to anything and it's driving me mad!!! Would love your help since I cant find anything online to guide me. Thanks!!!

So if you are lucky you won't be able to use it for a couple days to allow it to clean itself, make sure you do it correctly, when putting it on cleaning mode you have to make sure HOT MODE IS ON, AND COLD IS TURNED OFF, WAIT FOR THE RED LIGHT TO TURN OFF THEN HOLD THE OZONE/CLEAN BUTTON UNTIL YOU SEE A BLUE LIGHT BLINKING. Do the cleaning mode throughout the next couple of days making sure the hot mode is on and red light turns off before doing so and hopefully it will fix the problem.

Unfortunately, if it has been sitting like mine was when I took it home, it had been sitting for almost a year and my stupid job was using it for Gatorade🤦so you mite have to do a thorough cleaning (mine had black mold)🤢 meaning taking apart the top by removing the 2 screws on the back, detach the wires connected to the button switches, open the white water tank to dump out whatever water remains in it, then take apart all hoses and the red and blue switches, I personally used bleach to clean everything but dealers choice on what you use😅 well good luck hopefully the other method I posted works
