FISH STEAK also called Fishtek or Bangus Steak is a Filipino dish. It is sauteed with garlic, onion and cooked with fish steak sauce with an onion rings as a topping. It is very easy and quick to cook. Perfect for an everyday dish or any occasions. Serve it with a freshly-steamed white rice.

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
1 big size onion (middle part)
1 medium size bangus
fish steak sauce (see ingredients below..)
1/4 cup of water
Fish steak sauce:
8 pcs of calamansi
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/4 tsp of freshly ground pepper
1 big size - white onion ring (outer part)
