Bro, these videos are giving a lot of insight on wrestling for me. I've never wrestled before. I'm gonna be a junior in highschool soon. And, I'm gonna try out for the wrestling team. I've just been watching your videos and they are really helpful man. Kinda nervous about trying out. But, whatever happens, happens.

Hey man, how about creating a werestling workout at home with the basic movements, bag slams variations and etc.? I'm from a country where wrestling simply doesn't exist and I would love to put it into practice in my daily life.

@@CaydenHenschel Yes, I have been practicing using these videos and doing Boxing and Takedown Drills, but they are videos that don't cover how rich this martial art is, I actually looked for online courses and even videos or websites that showed the name of each technique and movement and they simply don't exist! I would love a Workout that was richer like this martial art, showing variations of shots, slams, bag throws and so on...

Hey Caden got another question for ya. In your opinion what’s the best way to get through an injury. Both minor injuries that just hurt and make it harder to wrestle and train and major injuries that keep you out for a few weeks or months?

Health in wrestling is number 1. I’d rather take a week of off practice to heal then to force it through and still hurt two months after

Same 😂 only wrestled 3 of my schools 7 duals (middle school) and went 0-3 and got pinned 2 times and lost off a locked hands point (I didn’t tho😭) so not the best
