Surely the SIA need to be investigated because the standard of English shown by an enormous number of so called SIA security staff is not sufficient to pass the exam.

I would suggest that the SIA is a very corrupt organisation, many of these people have never taken any exams or been properly trained. The brown envelope works wonders!
