Hey Chris, I found the all-time best bait for crayfish is mackerel, since it's soft I use1/4" wire mesh to fold around the bait. starting with a frozen mackerel also helps. at least 4 to 1 difference over baits beacon/chicken, and it's cheaper too. just a thought, cheers👍

It was like an early Christmas present. 😁😍 For some reason I gasped when you dumped the yabbies into the boiling water, and then had a good laugh at myself. 😂 After all, I like shellfish too. Do you need to check for females, the way one does with lobster and crab? Loved the comedic touch with the brolly, and the unintentional 2 with the rod tip and the coffee spoon.
