I have a question for her. Seifu you question suppose to be about the benefit of the health. it is not about the cost. I admire her creativity! I respect her idea. But, i should want know about the health benefit of it.
It looks convince, but I'm sure there will be in some kind of chemicals, to ferment, and food conditioner, to make it extra soft, That's big, NO NO NO, when it comes to heath care, so I would still prefer to make injera in traditional method is SAFE 😍
😯😯😯So sad, he didn’t even ask her what’s in the liquid and she doesn’t want to tell what’s in the powder. Who in the world will use this things. You might think this is shortcut and faster to make injera, but it comes with some serious health consequences. Let me tell you a little secret, you can just use club soda or I guess is it ኣምቦ:ዉሃ you have in Addis. I live in the USA and I always wanted to make my injera just like the old days; with ኣብሲት, but the injera wouldn’t come out good. So, I use club soda for ማቅጠኞ: it’s basically “Carbonated water” . I keep on hearing a lot of kidney patients in Ethiopia such a young age. People need to wakeup and be aware of what’s in all these foods and drinks that are imported into Ethiopia. They are feeding you chemically processed foods and drinks, and the government or food inspection sectors doesn’t seem to care about doing anything on this epidemic health issues. Specially things from China are toxic. I am just saying, just stick to the old days cultural healthy foods and drinks. If you don’t take care of your health and what you put in your body, no one will.
