Thank you so much. That felt soooo good. I've taken to massaging my legs lately because I'm an amateur (mixed terrain) jogger trying to get into better shape, so pains seem to come with the territory! (9:10 is my best time for a mile so far, without stopping, and the most I've done is 2 miles in 21 minutes, with a few momentary stops/walk rests) I'm getting there, but my legs take a beating. I'll be using your techniques from now on. :)

I get horrendous anterior shin splints after exercise (mainly squash). I have looked high and low for a massage machine that will work on my shins but can't find anything. Is there such a thing?

+Jarred Kibler hey ,if anyone else wants to discover shin splint treatment try Alkarno Shin Splint Alchemist (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbor got great results with it.

here's a few ideas for relieving shin splints quickly Make sure you eat enough fruit and vegetables. Take vitamin C Use herbs which cleanse the body eg dandelion Use herbs with infection fighting properties eg dandelion root and burdock and others including huang qi (I read these and why they work from Remedy Fixer Blueprint website )
