I’m super new into the real estate world and closed on my first two multi family homes! Now I’m in the position where I am so close to seller financing a storage unit and I am cramming in all of your videos trying to do it right and lock the deal in! I’m so close! Thanks for your content, learning this stuff is fun, but whew it’s scary being new!

hey! how did it all work out? I found a unit that I want to try buy through seller finance but I am not sure how much money I need to make it happen. Did you put any down?

@@HunterReed-be9wf I ended up using the BRRRR method on one of the multi family which catapulted me into securing 6 properties with a total of 8 units at the years end. However, I did not close on the seller financing on the storage unit. Couldn’t come to an agreement on pricing. I still have a lot to learn on seller finance and sub to. I’m very much still a rookie.

@@eriqblanchard22 do you think it’s easier do the BRRRR method to get some right now cash and then try storage facilities? because I’m in the spot where I don’t have any money or private lenders and I’m really trying to get into real estate this year. 🤦🏾‍♂️. I’m also cramming a bunch of information in at one time so that I can get started, but it’s been almost a year of just researching now.

@@ohitsjaelon the storage facility deal ended up, not falling through for me. The funds weren’t going to be ready for when the guy was ready to close. I would keep hunting for private lenders or maybe unsecured loans if you need to start. I found a private money lender just for the closing, I put the rest of the debt to fix it on the credit card. Then when I refinanced, I paid all of that and still had to reinvest.

Wow wow wow! I’ve been talking to a potential seller since February but he isn’t ready to let go of the property and wasn’t open to seller finance because he had just drafted up a new contract with his attorney for his estate and didn’t want to pay to change that. Gonna call him right now and offer to pay his attorney’s fees and see if he’ll budge. I don’t have the experience to have the god like confidence but I’m learning and hopefully faking it till I make it!🙏🙏🙏

If you get dscr loan for 50% ltv and seller Carries other 50%, how do you pay the downpayment to the bank to finance that 50%?

You just gave the seller everything he asked for. He wanted $1mm, he wanted interest, he wanted his attorney AND he wanted you to pay his attorney fees. So just give the seller everything they ask for... I respect that you speak on stage but why so arrogant about it?
