8:51 it's perfectly placed because Senku has been luring Tsukasa to go for his neck. His neck cracking is to subliminally direct him to hitting that place. He wanted Tsukasa to go for his neck because he knows he can get out there alive in the end. Also Senku got out because he's near the cave with the nitric acid so he's exposed to it for a very long time slowly breaking him out that plus his brain activity. I suggest to just purge the idea of someone else reviving him.

I fell back into my dr stone hole yesterday. Went back and watched the whole anime plus reread the whole manga so i'm excited to watch this reaction!

Even if the ppl or birds are conscious while petrified they only have an inner state of mind which means they cant feel their body see smell or hear only can think Thats y senku counted otherwise he could just see and know the time And thats y taiju said itll suck me in in the first ep and also i think if u lose consciousness u wont wake up until its done Not sure about the last part but itd make sense Edit and about the thinking part Like senku said it consumes alot of energy I think the stone was created by people but y would they do it with no merit Thats y the show is called dr stone the stone let them survive for an unthinkable number of years And provided energy to think for 3700 years So i think senku and taiju exausted the stones energy and broke out

Indeed! The "Antibiotic Arc" is probably my favorite arc in the entire show. It just has so much going for it. The mysterious origins of the people. The new characters all being fantastic. Getting to see both modern and primitive peoples lives impacted by every new piece of technology. The life threatening circumstances required to obtain things like Sulfuric Acid. I really love this entire show but I thought this whole upcoming section was God Tier. I cried a fair few times during this arc as well. XD

Jeez, I decided at some point this month that if I decided to count, I wouldn't mind being less accurate than Senku-- I figured I could just count to 86,400s repeatedly 🤷🏾‍♀️ like "4 days...86,220....86,400-- 5 days. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6..." 4 days X seconds (or repeated 3,600s, so 4 days 1 hour, 4 days 2. Cause I'm worried that by the time 1 day passed I would forget how many I counted, so that has to come up some way. I'm rambling, but TL;DR instead of seconds I'd fall back on 86,400 second laps. Leap seconds and the slowing of seconds...someone else 😩 22:40 Taiju has 20 billion now, huh 🥳

I think when it comes to pure strength, Taiju might be comparable to Tsukasa. But Taiju is a pacifist, so he will never be a real threat to him.

This relation (Senku and Kohaà is the most frustrating ever. It's such... a disapointment. In reverse, having only read the manga, gosh does the scenery makes the bond between Senku and Tsukasa more tangible than ever. Spoiler : The foreshadowing of Gen is insanely mindblowing in the anime, so good.
