FYI the kickr core now has cadence via a firmware update.

good vid. how are you finding the core (and rest of your set up)? follow up vid to talk about it maybe?

Kickr Core and kickr 2018 upwards got cadence calculation per software update. no hardware sensor needed anymore. Some claim it is not perfect accurate. My avr cadence is +/-1 to a hardware sensor.

nice video. unfortunately you received your tv DOA. dogged you continued your plan setup the core. but you should mention two additional parts. firstly, the fixing of your cassette with a torque-meter of 40Nm. secondly, the calibration of the trainer with the wahoo app to get useful results from the core. good luck.
