This method of setting gear mesh is very accurate when done correctly. It will also save you from stripping your gears out. In order to correctly understand where your gear mesh must be, you must be able to feel out the difference between your gears fully meshed and unmeshed.
Next step is to mesh your gears fully and back them out slightly until binding and any noise upon rotation of the gear disappears. With some practice, you can easily get the hang of this. Tighten up your mesh before your hand slips and you are good to go!

This is basically how I have been doing it for years. I remember overthinking it in the beginning and this is exactly the video that will help newcomers to the hobby, and the video I wish I had starting out haha. Thank you.

Sir I have 64 mm 12 blades EDF 3500 kV can its thrust is enough to fly jet with complete parts total weight 1kg I have 3s lipo battery can jet fly well

Hello, it sounds under powered for a jet weighing 1kg. I would expect a 4s setup using a 3300kv motor to push around an 850gram plane at a decent speed. Your project also depends on the type of jet you have?

Yes unrelated but if a esc doesn't have a internal bec can I use a external bec?
@RCexplained

If an ESC does or does not have an internal BEC, you can still run an external BEC with the correct setup.
