Get your machine ready and SEW WITH ME! Today I'm sharing how to SEW KITCHEN SCARF. Never heard of a kitchen scarf before? Neither have I up until a couple weeks ago. My mom introduced me to the concept/idea and I thought it was so clever. This would make a great gift for someone you know that spends a lot of time in the kitchen. never go searching for a hand towel again! Let's get sewing.

Great tutorial, thank you. I will add that the lighting and the white on white fabrics makes it hard to differentiate and follow very well.

This is such a good idea. I think I might adapt it by attaching the towels using buttons instead of sewing them in. That way I could detach the towels when they needed laundering

In the beginning of the video the sample that was shown, where it rests on the back of the neck was narrower. How did you do that?

I love this idea! It would be helpful if you show the finished project (the one you are wearing at the end, with the pattered fabric on the neck piece) at the beginning of the tutorial. I’d like to see it in full, over your neck, to get a sense of proportion. Thanks and I love your presentation style.

I had a hard time seeing how you folded the flour sack towel because you did it on a bright white surface with bright lights shining on it. Why didn’t you take it back over to your cutting pad with the camera a little farther back so there would be a little contrast. I can’t figure out what yo did.

The instruction on cutting the big towel is great, but we all know that hand towels /and or kitchen towels are a different size.. and somewhere or other , this towel cutting doesn't compute as they say ..so either do a demo on cutting a hand towel ....or give the measurement of the piece that we are using . How long should that towel be?

Let me refer back to the pattern. I think it listed in the description box. The great thing is that you can really use whatever size youd like and then cut down the scarf portion to accomidate
