Dough 面团 :
120g Wheat flour 120克 澄面粉
80g Tapioca flour 80克 木薯粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½ 茶匙 盐
3 tablespoon Oil 3汤匙 油
250ml Boiling hot water 250毫升 滚热水
Ingredients for Mang Guang 沙葛配料 :
350g Mang Guang, shreds 350克 沙葛, 切丝
80g Carrot, shreds 80克 红萝卜, 切丝
30g Dried shrimp, diced 30克 虾米, 切粒
4 Shallot, sliced 4粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙 酱青
