The claw coming from the ground is probably the true final boss for sunbreak. Monster Hunter has a pattern of introducing a flagship and a large final monster in each new game and expansion so this is probably sunbreak original.

Check the trailer at that Tetranadon covered in the flying red vampire leeches. I believe this is the "powered-up Monsters" you seek. Also, the title update infographic incorrectly translates the term for Variants as "Special Species". When you see the latter, know that it actually means Variants.

I think what they mean by "powered-up monsters" is the new endgame mechanic similar to Hyper/Tempered in Sunbreak. I think we'll have all the ones in base game at launch but the powered-up versions of the TU monsters will come in the following TU.

Those bloodbats seem to be returning back to that final boss. Maybe Malzeno had a debt to repay? Also that rare subspecies on the second thumbnail for the fall update looks like Silver Rathalos.

Now, looking at that paw, it clearly has five claws and scales, and it doesn't appear to have barioth's psuedo-wyvern wings, giving us two possible categories for whatever it is: it is either a fanged wyvern, or an elder dragon. Of the fanged wyverns that paw most resembles Zinogre's so if it isn't a new monster I'm probably guessing it'll be some new form of Zinogre, however the general consensus is that that's the final boss, and final bosses have always been completely new elder dragons (with the exceptions of crimson fatalis in dos because he's a subspecies, akantor in freedom 2 and ukanlos in freedom unite, because they're "flying" wyverns, and ahtal-ka in generations ultimate because she's a neopteron) so, I'm inclined to believe that whatever that paw belongs to is an elder dragon and the final boss of Sunbreak

I’m pretty sure that the mystery claw belongs to the final boss but i don’t now what it could be if it is not the final boss. However it does look very similar to Magnamalo’s claw to me but that might be me going crazy.

Like how World Nergigante as its flagship & had Xeno'jiiva as its final boss, Iceborne had Velkhana & then Shara Ishvalda, & Rise having Magnamalo & then Narwa. But My question is, why does Tetranadon look like it is possessed? And a new variant for Magnamalo is cool, I think it’s called Scorned Magnamalo(I could be wrong), kinda like how we had Ruiner Nergigante for Iceborne.

The Claw stretching out was surrounded whit the flying mini Red Khezu of Malzeno, so most People expect it to be the final Boss. But if its not, if it is a returning Monster. No Idea what it is, claw looks close to Lagiacrus but a bit bulky? Would be great if the Final Boss is just a Lagiacrus Variant or something.

They dont reveal final bosses of the game, and also its never an old monster, its always a new monster. They only will give you a sneak peak to it, but never reveal it fully on their trailers.

Imma complain if all the other subspecies aren't in the base game AGAIN!?! Because what would be the reason for the other monster subspecies not being in the game? Azure Rathalos, Pink Rathian, Purple Ludroth, Green Nargacuga, Brute Tigrex, Red Khezu, and Stygian Zinogre..... not to mention the subspecies for the other world monsters added in. Even if it's only 3 I would be happy because not having Azure or Pink Raths in Base rise seemed odd honestly
