My mother who is originally from Shanghai makes these all the time. But I like mine without pickled radish and extra pork sung.

I had one once from my local Asian market. It was really good except I didn’t like the peanuts and there was too much sugar. Think I might make some in the near future. Question though… does pork sung have sugar in it?
