shaolin staff is the most developed weapon in shaolin. It has been proven through out the last 1000 yeas or so. the information inside the forms is a treasure if you know what to look for

Excellent guidance. Truly well introduced and explained by a Shaolin master. Follow me section is so useful! 400 more views and practice I might be able to clumsily do this form. I don't normally bother telling people this but in case you are little slow, it's because you think Niel Willcott is one of the "good folk" and I very much beg to differ. Sifu Frank can take care of himself, I'm not concerned about any threats you have made towards him, you're clearly nothing more than a bored keyboard warrior anyway, but you clearly have not seen Niel for what he is, and I think I can help with your boredom. You made some comments on his Goddess of Mercy/Kwan Yin Palm video which suggests you think he is not faking it. Let me be very clear, he is totally faking it. And he has done far worse. And you have a ridiculous username which does nothing to add to your credibility as anything more than a bored little man.
