I am grateful for this channel and for Metropolitan Neophytos's advice. The prophecy he received stating that his words would be heard across the world is being fulfilled! I purchased an icon of St George recently, being the patron saint of England & chivalry we need his help more than ever. I believe I am slowly converting to orthodoxy and I hope England can redsicover it's orthodox heritage.

archbishop neofytos my sister the daughter of a doctor from cyprus will be arriving soon in cyprus and i ask that GOD put in her mind to visit st lazarus church near airport to ask his blessing on their holidays/i made her promise to visit her father earthly remains in nicosia and set her two daughters a wise and right example which he would wish but so far she has remained spiritually blind to this day having refused especially since covid to help me promote better understanding of CHRIST DIVINE WORD/PUT THE FEAR OF GOD in her and may st barnabas whose feast she forgot again this year although last year i made her comment on a video dedicated to him/also add his prayers from above so that her visit this time will prove an eternal blessing/and may angelo/ktisti/angel built church near larnaca bless you too angelic archbishop because you are a brave fearless soldier for divine wisdom of OUR LADY AND OUR LORD

When he says to fast does he mean abstaining from meat, dairy etc..or a complete full abstinence of food?

Strict fast like you would on a Wednesday or Friday or before Holy Communion. No meat, dairy, etc.

Complete abstinence is only usually only ever practiced by monastics. There is however certain days in the liturgical year when the laity with permission from their priest may fully abstain

I'll add that it probably means only consuming bread, vegetables and fruit as per Wednesday and Friday fasts! 💗

I think in 4:37 he says anxious, not noble. Because he speaks a little low on that poont and the two words are similar in greek you maybe confuses them. Then again i may be wrong
