Fixing the strip scar is the final frontier for me. Even with grafts and SMP in it my FUT scar is still highly visible. It doesn't upset me but I don't like it either. The only way to hide it is to keep my hair longer. My scar isn't even that wide but the skin defect (indentation) is nearly impossible to fix.

I know what u can do I had micro pigmentation tattoo done on my head before the hair transplant so it can loook fuller but u can also have it done to cover your fut scar

What have the intervals been between your multiple transplants? Did you keep getting them because your AGA still progressed and/or just to keep adding density? Thanks.

To keep adding density. At least a year apart minimum.

Dude, how? Your shaved head looks like the head of someone who has never had a hair transplant or a hair loss problems. The density! Honestly, I wouldn't even try to hide that scar with certain hairstyles because it looks dope. Not to mention your case is a great example of how different a BALD person looks and how a person with shaved head looks. When you were balding in the front your forehead looked huge, but with hair on top you look crazy good even when shaven. I suffer from big forehead myself and looking forward to lowering it a liiitle bit for aesthetic purposes later when I have enough money for a good HT surgeon.

Yeah, I might try doing SMP with an expert in the future. I did do SMP many years ago, but it’s all faded now, and I feel like the technique of many artists has progressed since then as well.

I’ve never understood the ‘the shorter you cut the hair transplant the worse it will look because it has less density than native hair’ , when people are losing hair, it’s always less obvious when it’s cut short/buzzed compared to when it’s grown longer - why is the opposite true for a hair transplant?
