Beyoncé’s father was extremely tough in training her. She had to sing while running on the treadmill. She is used to controlling her breath while pushing her body to its limits. That’s why she can do it like she does on stage with live vocals.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be as an artist to have people assume that every single lyric in your songs are directly about your relationship at that moment in time. Art is art. Inspiration is inspiration. You miss so much of the beauty searching for “tea” in the music.
