Nice to see you back on the channel. Couple years back I had to step back for a while too. I thought I'd take a month off from the range that turned into about 2 years. No reloading and no down the rabbit hole stuff at all. Felt good at the time. I'm back at it now but at a more sane (meaning much less obsessive) level. Gonna check out West Desert Wheeler. Thanks!

Very 1st thing i noticed, you're one of the very few smart enough to get in the shade. No telling how many lay in the sun, in the dust, with wind blowing dustup into their face ( without eye protection ). Strange, but true . Noticed you mentioned tailgate shade halfway thru 👍 ☆

Thanks for letting me know about the 2nd channel. I as well do long range shooting and hunting. And I build toyota crawlers. And love RC as well. I also took the last year and half off of shooting. So I don't use up all my primers.

The reloading components primers were hard to find, so I went to 22LR bolt action in Tikka T1x 20" barrel. I didn't think a 22LR rifle would be fun to shoot, boy, I was wrong! I got two now, 22LR rifles.

Its fun to shoot fast but you will have alot more consistency if u slow down a lil bit, also will get a lot more use out of the rounds u bring to the range, it looks like it was hot as hell out there i dont blame ya for shootin and scootin lol

2650-2700 fps for that bullet is right where my 6.5 loves to be. Sub 1/2 MOA if I do my part.

Welcome back Logan. Question, why use a Unimount instead of rings on a bolt gun? At 1st glance that rifle did look like an AR. Thanks!

It is an AR rifle and has the traditional flat top design with hand guard so a unimount makes it easy

That bolt has even worse noise than a Ruger American!

This runs like no other bolt action. Noise is irrelevant. RPR you can hear the spiral from half ass machining. This is not the same.

Hi there i got ? For you i know you are slick with guns Look i have a ruger american chamber in 223 Im thinking about swap the barrel for a 22 cred. CAN I run the same bolt face ? Can i get away just swaping the barrel and go and no go toll ? Or what do you recomend .
