This was amazing, I did the stretches then went to do a pull up and I got halfway up. I have NEVER been able to get halfway up before.

During the pull up the moment I get up and then go down, I have that upper left back pain

Wow. It really works I cannot do pull up for 2 moth now but now I can do it the pain is not gone but it make me fill good for a time being

Don't hunch your shoulders when to go up. Instead lead with your Chest slightly

man i can do even 1 anymore i trained last week 9 reps every set now i have shoulder pain on right arm when i go up doing pull ups and when i hang my arm my upper triceps slightly hurts
