Hello David, great review. Thanks. How is it in terms of handling background noise? I plan to use it for my home office. 100s of Zoom meetings. So it would be good to know if it can block out background noise. I use evolve 65 currently which is excellent in noise cancelation but I want to switch to a speaker.

Thank you for watching 🙏 a speakerphone won’t be best to cancel our background noise like you’re use to with the Evolve 65. That being said, you could get the speakerphone and pair it with Krisp AI noise canceling software here krisp.ai/?ref=headsetadvisor to accomplish your goal!

can i disable the speaker a use only the microphone, because the sound would come from my speaker on my conference tv

You could if you want, but the audio from the speaker may be better then the TV.

@@HeadsetAdvisor How do you test the microphone? We are currently using it but notice the difference if someone is speaking by the laptop oppose to speaking by the speaker 710

Yes it does but I’d look at the speak2 series probably speak2 75 make sure you get the MS teams version.

Does this enhance the participants speaking on zoom?

It will make the voices pick up easier on zoom but if you want the speaker to sound better due to other people’s mic being echoy or bad sounding then you’ll want to check out a noise cancelling software we are releasing soon Neep.com

The microphone that you're using for recording this video captures sound much better than the Jabra 710..... I will skip this 710. Thanks.

Keep in mind, the microphone we use to record this video is designed for a different application and will always sound better then a speakerphone. You'd never want a speakerphone for recording videos like this, so it just depends on your needs.

Worst product as my mute / unmute button stopped working after installing update from jabra direct

Really? Sorry to hear that! Is there a firmware update available within the Jabra Direct? It shouldn't stop the mute/unmute to stop working. If we can help, we'll do the best we can to get the info for you to fix this issue.
