this recipe is bomb!!!! I made dinner tonight and my husband was so impressed. it was so delicious. I chose to go with your recipe because it looked really easy and indeed it was easy to follow!! only addition I made was 1tbsp of low sodium soy sauce and added carrots! Thanks so much again!!!

I am making four of your dishes for a big dinner, one of them is going to be this one. I've made several of them now, and each and every time, they have turned out perfect. These are by far the best videos on the web. Now I have to get me one of those chef hats........

Hope your dinner party went well! I know you posted that a year ago! lol... I make a lot of these recipes and so far the outcome has always blown me away. They taste just as good or even better then my local takeout! You know when you try and duplicate a dish from a Chinese place and after it is done it seems to never have that "taste". This is the first time I have ever made Chinese dishes that actually taste like actual Chinese food!

Pretty tasty recipe. I had a bit of a difficult time for a few reasons. The first problem was that I was cooking for six and wasn’t sure how to increase measuring. Secondly, I used too much cornstarch on the shrimp but it worked out in the end (I had to add more water when I got to the sauce). Thirdly, when I got to the step to add ginger and garlic it all popped out if the pan ( I ended up trying this step again and sautéed both ingredients off of the heat). Besides the mentioned, the recipe turned out great. I wish I can add a pic

Your the real deal thank you so much for sharing your secrets of master Chinese food cooks. I did this recipe it was amazing. We have no Chinese food restaurants in our area for a couple hundred miles. But you made it possible for us to have a fantastic dinner bless you for sharing.
