More SI joint exercises please -- especially those that are safe for those with bulging or herniated disks at L4 L5. Would also love some exercises that help with scoliosis in low back area that result in SI joint pain. Thanks!

This is great! I’d like to see some exercises for inflamed hip bursars. I’ve had injections but they are still inflamed.

I sit a lot making jewelry so SI gets tight no matter how much i stretch but this released it right away

I have hyper mobility and leg length discrepancy and si joint pain. I’ve been to physical therapist and sports Med Dr. for years. First time doing this stretch. Wow! What a difference. Thank you so much.

This amazing exercise, definitely helped me after 30+ years of pain in that joint. Although didn’t realise that’s what I have been suffering. I particularly loved the standing version of this but can’t see it here? MORE PLEASE!!!! 🙏🙏

How about movements for beginners or extremely weakened and irritated joint. Little to no mobility strength and range of motion.

I have SI joint pain. I think. It lasts for quite a while and it causes back tightness in my lower back all across. But I can almost pinpoint the pain as this joint. I do yoga and I'm concerned that some of it's making it worse because I notice it gets worse if I do a lot of yoga or more intense yoga

I have arthritis in both SI joints, but my right joint causes me more grief. I do this exercise every morning. Idk it was an SI joint relief exercise, I'll do it twice a day to see if it helps. Thanks 👍

I would like to see some type of stretching or anything to help Bursitis of the greater trochanter. It was months..hurting me on the right side only. It got better...and now the side is horribly painful, i tried icing it also tried a heating pad (especially at night). At the end of this month, i am going to my dr to get a depo-medrol injection. Nothing else seems to help. My dr is a rheumatologist, she knows that i can get max 2 or 3 shots/year(depo-medrol)

I was taken off my feet by my large pit bull a few months back, already had restless legs (hereditary), and sciatica from a session of kickboxing gone wrong. I’ve gone thru all the videos I could here on YT and have had minimal relief. Your knee/toe seems to give some but it doesn’t last long. Nighttime is a nightmare now that not only the burning has increased and includes the ishium, but shooting pain down my leg (almost cramping). I’m too young to feel this old! MRI says L4-5 osteoarthritis and S1 significance but not specific. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I’m going to do this tonight! Any more tips are appreciated. I had a meniscus repair on left knee. Pain moved to rt side, ITBand, now the orthopedic says I have SJtDysfunction. Today my lower back/hip popped in the shower. It felt so good! But my bursitis keeps me awake every night. So painful. I use CBD lotion and it helps a little.

I got this a week ago. Just out of the blue. No pain that morning, just i tried jogging and it felt like i was being stabbed there every step. Trying things. But nothing lasts very long.

I have on going SI joint pain its been going on for 2 years and 4 months and it calms down than flares up again. My legs are also affected. Ive tried everything suggested so far and nothing is long lasting.

Hi, I’ve had pain for months and thought it would never go away, then I found out that the pain was being caused by my tight iliopsoas muscle that was too tight, there is video about it on how to release it even with a tool. In a week time my pain got away.
