My father was a JCO in Army.He became martyr in Siachen along with 32 soldiers on august 2010. He was posted there for 1 year and used to tell how difficult to live there..My heartiest pray for all who sacrificed their life for nation. Gaurav sir ,thank you for this video.

I am very luck to stay in BASE CAMP (Siachan) for 10 days and it was remarkable experience for me. Being there I have noticed that our BRAVE soldiers are doing incredible job there, seriously it is not cup of tea to live in this terrain. JAI HIND🙏🙏🙏🙏

Saying "thanks" is great but not enough. Indian govt has not been able to provide them with even a world class infantry rifle to date. The babus and mantris are still falling over their dhotis trying to figure it out when a 10th class student can solve it in 10 minutes.

I did trekking and mountaineering course in Uttarkashi that gave me some insight into the day-today life on higher altitude in snow covered area. What we experienced is nothing compared to what our soldiers are facing on such an higher altitude on Siachen. Major Gaurav Arya has done an excellent job of showing how our soldiers live on Siachen in extreme cold condition to defend the borders of our country. We common Indians owe our gratitude to the Siachen soldiers and their families who incur all the difficulties to keep the enemy at bay and keep us safe. Do not let our soldiers' sacrifice go in vain. Jai Hind!

These extreme conditions are simply beyond the comprehension of someone like myself. The high altitude, freezing cold, constant natural dangers, thin air, difficulty walking, trouble cooking, on the lookout for the enemy, etc are a real test of just how tough and disciplined these soldiers are. Nothing is better and healthy than eating Fresh veggies instead of packed food... Which is regularly supplied to our army... In emergencies when Ration can't be delivered they have packed food

@@RandomVideos-pq6ue I think you have no knowledge about MRE and Army.. In critical places like border area and ground zero MRE is the most commonly use food for Army across world.. Even USA, Russia etc serves MRE but high standards.. Fresh food supplies mostly for less critical places.

I think Indian Army knows much better about the terrain and cares about the soldiers more than the amount of so called knowledge u have watching KZfaq videos of MRE's. So leave that to our Army Chief's who know what's necessary for the better survival of the soldiers. And Siachin Posts are for guarding and patrolling the glacier and not under enemy fire 24/7 for using MRE's.... Get your facts right so called MRE expert 😂
