I am a survivor myself and I’m so so glad people are fighting for male victims(esp when the monster is a woman). It’s so unfair how male victims are treated and I’m glad people are rallying up to fight for these victims. There will always be assholes who don't believe female victims, but at this point those people are in the minority. I think the biggest struggle we need to overcome for female victims is getting their attackers to face meaningful consequences in court, because unfortunately those cases are still majorly underprosecuted.

As a sa survivor when I saw her original “addressing the situation 14 part extravaganza” I was almsot sick to my stomach. The things she said, especially when directly addressing him, are things i and many other sa survivors hear from others that want to invalidate us. It was heartbreaking. And the fact she told the world that he was saed before which is something he confided in her is wretched.
