1 White Cabbage
2Medium Carrots
1 Red Onion
3 Green Onions
240g Mayonnaise
3tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1tsp Syrup
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

You can use a bit of maple syrup or honey,just to bring out the sweetness of the salad.

Hi, actually any syrup can do. I used golden syrup.

I like to use half head of green and half head of purple cabbage red and yellow bell pepper 2ribs celery after destringin in addition to the carrts and onion
