Dont forget, folks. It's okay to relax sometimes for mental health sake, don't forget to pray, take days off, and make sure you get enough rest. No one can care about you as much as you.

True... I tried once cutting the carb, it caused me a crashes, loosen focus, headache, and dizziness. I wouldn't recommended. Even, I didn't eating right that happens also. If I get hurry or didn't have to time make a meal. I ended up crashes do workout. Make a plan or ahead of schedule. Write down the list or make a schedule on the smartphone. Like fitness trackers. 💪🏽

Sugar does not cause diabetes. Good rice to eat that has a low GI is Basmati rice. It comes in white rice and whole wheat. Oh and carbs are goid for diabetics to eat, but so many of them are scared tobeat carbs. They think eating 50g or less carbs is healthy and it is not. They also belueve in net carbs which is a lie. Total carbohydrates are on a food label for a reason and that's wht the net carb lie can't be on the food nutritional label 2g net carbs may be up front, but if total carbs is 20g of carbs is on the nutritional labrl, then a person better know that the truth is there is 20g of carbs per serving.

Diabetes main cause and many other diseases are caused by frequent eating. When you constantly eat like 3 meals a day with snacks you’re spiking your insulin. When this happens to many times you’ll develop insulin resistance. Insulin resistance eventually leads to diabetes. Sugar also causes diabetes
