I purchased my point from Grainger, pounded it in 24ft we used fence post pounder and lots of manpower, had a friend had someone come with a hydraulic post pounder to gona little deeper and bent it, we cut it re-threaded the 2 inch pipe.

cool video, my sand point was an epic failure that broke off in the ground and my hands were messed up for awhile from the sledge hammer

Just curious why not explore with a clam shell post hold digger down about 6 feet before driving, thats what I was told to do but a well digger, they do the same but obviously with a crane attached drill and deeper (exploratory).

I think the top of the well point may have been bent or weakened when you attached your wrench to jack it up the first time because the point of contact was higher than the thread so it might have bent it.

I think that and also I drove into rock TWICE within 2 feet of the ground. She could only handle so much 😢
