Stuffed Crab Claws 百花釀蟹鉗

Crab Claws 300g | 300公克 蟹鉗
Crab Meat 250g | 250公克 蟹肉
Shrimp 600g | 600公克 蝦
Vermicelli 50g | 50公克 粉絲
Sea Salt 1Tsp | 1茶匙 海鹽
White Pepper 1Tsp | 1茶匙 胡椒粉
Brown Sugar 2Tsp | 2茶匙 紅糖
Sesame Oil 1.5Tsp | 1.5茶匙 芝麻油
Cornstarch 4Tbsp | 4大湯匙 玉米澱粉

Vermicelli 50g, Break vermicelli into small pieces

Fry vermicelli then set aside

Shrimp 600g, Dab shrimps with paper towel to remove moisture

Crab Meat 250g, add into crab meat and finely chop

Gently squeeze everything together to form a solid ball
