I've been asked for snacks and what better time to serve some up than back to school season.
All three of these options today are easy to make vegan snacks that can be double or triple batched and even frozen for a delicious snack at your finger tips in seconds.

10 ounces dairy free semi-sweet or dark chocolate or white chocolate
1-2 tsp coconut oil

Hi Andrew, thank you for the videos on making these energy balls and granola. I did the cashew crust last time and it was so bomb tasting. I would want to make a suggestion, you should use cacao butter cups instead of the chocolate chips. Enjoy!

I’d substitute freeze dried blueberries into the white chocolate cups (or raspberries or strawberries 🍓) for the fresh - just to improve the shelf life. Plus, most kids seem to like the texture of freeze dried fruits.

Andrew, thank for another great video, was just looking for snacks recipes and boom, here we have it. One question if you don't mind, the only thing that keeps me from making granola bars is sticky fingers. Can you suggest any powder cover to avoid sticky fingers? Like coconut shreds after the cutting? Can't think of anything else.

yes, coconut shreds after cutting is perfect! also, cornstarch. If you bake them, they also tend to be less sticky.

Have you ever tried the cacao nibs from Food2Live? Totally unprocessed. The mouth feel of a nut or seed. They add little flavor bursts of chocolate without dominating. Same idea as the mini chips you mentioned. I bet they'd be really good in any of these recipes. Or, to be really decadent, they have cacao paste, but that requires melting. I've mixed it with silken tofu and liquid stevia to make filling for a nut crust tart. I really enjoy your posts.

Hi love your recipes, as I'd like to try but don't have agave syrup, but would like to use honey, would you suggest swaping equal quantities? I'm not sure how sweet agave syrup is.

Can you explain to me why you add the coconut oil to the chocolate chips for the chocolate cups when you melt them in the microwave? I don't have any, can I leave it out or will it not melt well? Or is it more for flavour purposes? thank you as always for this incredible video!
