Take it from me...I've been there...Single at 40 ... lonely ... thinking I'm too old to find anyone now.
Yeah, I get it, but guess what?
There is a solution to being alone at 40, or 50, or even 60+.
And in this week's show I share the one quick fix that will shift your mindset from lonely to an unstoppable, confident force of nature.
How to use your thinking to turn the page on loneliness and look at this moment as a fresh new chapter in your life where you can use all of your life experience to FINALLY attract someone that DESERVES to be with you.
It's all about:
Letting Go
Finding the Flow
Feel the Glow
Stop wasting one second more of your precious life.
It's about letting go and embracing your age and experience and making it work for you to create deep, meaningful relationships.

That’s awesome!! You’ll actually be better off single and I say the less people in your life, you won’t have any of other peoples Bull Shit. I love be by myself, I constantly educate myself. I just met this guy though, thought I could get into a relationship but now I’m having second thoughts because I just don’t have time for him. Why waste all my valuable time just to get hurt in a couple of months. I just don’t know what I should do. He’s absolutely gorgeous too, and I did have that certain “Look” when our eyes connected last week. However, today I found myself wanting to run. I don’t want to lead him on either as it’s not fair to him.

Did you have a girlfriend before? I am 21 now in last year of college so I am over 4 decadea younger than you and I never had a girlfriend so I can understand how you feel. I had been using tinder, bumble and hinge for almost a month but not even a single match. I have 4 crushes on real life. 3 are from my college and are 18-20 year olds and another is 23 or 24 from another institute. I am too shy but finally managed to get the name of 2 of my crushes and follow them on Instagram and finally messaged one of them and was really happy when finally one of the crush who is 19 and in 2nd year replied to me. I didn't say her yet that I have crush on her but I am in last year of college and will be graduating by August end or Sept first week so would I have any chance with her and should I try to date her? I am confused and I am kinda scared to say her about my crush on her.

The hardest part about being single at 40 is that you know it is over but you’re not quite ready to give up. At this point I’m so disappointed about life that I’m ready to end it. I really don’t want to be an old man who never met anyone. They say most relationships end so I fear going into one someday and then suffering a heart break I don’t think I could handle it at this age anymore.

@@derrick9504 he did my entire life. I always wonder if God is this cruel to someone who is living just how cruel would he be in the afterlife? Sounds like it's going to be harsh to have to watch entirety as everyone else has someone. I'm also reminded of Job's story about how God had an argument with the devil about who is the better believer. I always wonder what Job might have thought when he arrived before god only to learn he's the buttend of a joke? That must have been harsh to know your life was so meaningless.

@@Dan-di9jd i love the story of Job. Despite of the circumstances he went through from his wife, family possessions and to his friends, he remained faithful to God and in the end God blessed Job more and more. I see nothing bad what God did to Job for He is a Holy God and remember He is GOD and we are His creation which is very good creation of His. Think of Jesus the Son of God , how He was crucified just to save you if you believe. Who are we to deserve such love from God that in the form of Jesus died for you. We are important to God regardless if we are single. Use whatever your status to glorify the Lord. That is how we are made. As Matthew 6:33 says But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Jeremiah 29:11 KJV For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

I'm sorry that your family is holding you to their own expectations regarding being married. If you think about it, it makes no sense that others would judge you on your life journey because of their own expectations. It's easy just to say, "it's your life, don't listen to them", but I know how hard that is in some family circumstances. If it helps, you have a supporter in me that focuses on gratitude...what you do have and what you do to make the world a better place...versus what you don't have. Remember, it's all about perspective and I'm positive you have a lot to offer. Sometimes life follows an unexpected path and it's just a matter of accepting that and then taking small steps to create/attract the things into your life that you want...like a healthy, fulfilling relationship. I'm glad that the show is helping...giving you hope...because, at the end of the day, you have to have hope in order to generate the energy to create the things in life that you want. Same boat minus the social problems. WIth me its mostly depression and anxiety. Also what I look for is so specific that its too hard to find I think. being 40 and single wouldn't have been a difficult thing to handle, unfortunately, my background and the society I come from make it worse as they make it seem that people especially women who aren't married by 40 have spiritual problems, Still hoping that one day I get to find my soul mate but whichever way I have chosen to live my life happy and fulfilled. I have chosen to continue to enjoy my singleness doing things to build and develop myself. No children, no problem, I can always adopt if that seems to be my last option

I’m 42 single and no kids. I’m not really lonely. A lot of people I know suffer from depression who are married with children. It’s all about how you think about life. In my case when I tell people I’m not married most tell me I’m lucky. When I tell people I have no kids. People tell me I’m lucky because I don’t have to deal with the cost and problems. Very few people make me feel bad for being single or older without children. I lost a lot of friends and even some family. I found two hobbies (art and photography) and I am very welcome in that community. My co-workers and neighbors like me. Sometimes I’m lonely but sometimes I feel lucky. That’s my life. 😊

It's the age old question: Would you rather love then lost or never loved at all? Honestly, I think, depending on the person, it could go either way. I do find it interesting that you framed your situation to where it didn't work for you (and you left him behind), which shows a healthy level of clarity and self-prioritization. It also brings up a HUGE point not many take into consideration...Love is a foundation in a relationship, but it alone cannot sustain one due to other life circumstances. This should give you a little solice in the fact that you made the right choice for yourself instead of staying in something that wouldn't have worked and not being fulfilled. Given your level of awareness and understanding, I would think a truly functional relationship with a lot of love is definitely in your near future.

I have been single all my 30s mostly. Makes me very sad because 30s are almost the best years of youth and confidence. I am now 40 and started to date. Yet it’s complicated. You realise your mortality and also that you can’t ever go back… and have the years lost. It’s sad. I hope there is another life, another reality after this one ❤ Because I feel I have not truly lived…

I never really dated myself but found someone in my late 30s. I think its best to put yourself out there. I believe there is a soulmate for everyone out there but you just need to give it time for them to find you and you finding them. Sometimes its sooner but others a little later. Whatever it is just don't feel down about it. I mean the good news is you made it this far by yourself and you didn't need a partner to get here. So you're in much better shape than your married counterparts in that regard. They probably couldn't do what you did. And whenever you do meet your partner, you'll be so thankful that it doesn't matter what your ages are. Good luck to you!

I agree with you that one's focus should always be to find your path and live your best version of life. However, finding a healthy, fulfilling relationship based on friendship and support can take your life to another level. The key is to not let a relationship push you off your path. In my case, I had a relationship during the middle part of trying to finish my PhD, and it was not great...it took my focus away from completing my goal because, instead of supporting, it turns out she felt like she had to compete with it and, well, it didn't last very long after that admission. Finding a good teammate is the KEY!

I am 39 years old, single, never been married and I don't have children. I am beginning to think it was the best decision I have ever made. Too many people deal with divorce, paying alimony and child support and I am glad I'm not in that position. I never wanted to be a boyfriend let alone a husband to anyone, even when I was a teenager. I am open to casual dating but not to have a long term committed relationship, I never described myself as romantic.

I am sure you at least had a gf before unlike me who never even been on a date. I am a 22 year old guy who never had a girlfriend before and yet to get my first kiss. I got rejected by 4 girls recently and recently I asked out my childhood friend too who is 21 turning 22 soon and she actually replied yeah ok but she isn't that active on Instagram so she gives replies after weeks or even a month. We decided tho we will meet some weekend but still idk when exactly due to her being so inactive on insta. I got crush on 3 more girls for the past 5 days in a class where I started going for exam preparation for getting into MBA as I am graduating college very soon but I just have a massive crush on one of them who is also 22 or maybe 23. She initiated convo with me saying hi and telling her name and asking mine last week Thursday(our first class there) and we did shake hand and it was the first time I shake hand with a girl. I really can't stop thinking about this girl as she is very pretty and she is very sweet as she tries to initiate convo with me asking whether I had lunch and yesterday she also asked how far my home is from the classes but I just answer what she asks and I am too shy to initiate a convo further with her but I really wanna get to know her and idk whether it would be fine to message her on Whatsapp by seeing her number from our class whatsapp group. I also have been chatting with another girl who is 19 year old on Instagram for over a month. We both used to be in the same school but didn't know each other in school and now we are in different colleges but her college is very near to my home. We share about everything and send each other virtual hugs too. I wanna ask her out too but I am scared due to my previous rejections and she still seems to see me as a friend. Now I am confused too as I like this 19 year old girl, my childhood friend and also this new 22/23 year old on whom I newly got crush.

Tony, I would love to shake your hand and give a BIG thank you for posting this video, it was nice to finally find a relationship coach/therapist who talks sense at a level of real care and concern for people, and who genuinely understands what someone in their 40's is going through. Most of the "so-called" relationship and dating coaches/therapists seem to be proclaming this alpha male, take the red pill, women only are interested in bad boys, money, love guys who smoke weed and drink like a fish, and are attracted to the guy with the expenssive designer outfits, sports cars, and fancy houses. These so called experts also proclaim that if you aren't an alpha male bad boy, you show a woman you care and have a heart, you don't have the things I just mentioned, and you struggle with dating as a result, it's because you are a big loser beta simp who deserves what they get.
@TheConfidenceDoc

I appreciate the very nice comments. Unfortunately, I agree with you... lots of bad info out there. I think the coaches or influencers that create the most shock or cater the most to the lowest common denominator (alpha, power, bad boys, etc.) are the one's that get the most views which work the algorithms best to get even more exposure. There's no denying that the world of alpha and image and materialism and ego-driven nonsense exists and attracts people. But it's the person who can ground themselves in who they are, create a life around them based on gratitude, appreciation and helping others...those are the people who are the most fulfilled and, if single, attract others to their presence.

People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things, people etc.....all relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors you will never be because extern factors are endless. Happyness starts inside you. Thats why a lot of people buy stuff or look a certain way out of emptyness or insecurity.....sad The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, hate, double standards, own benefits, judge, comparing etc..... reflection of their broken souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time. No, not feeling superior or better then others but more be carefully and awake. Be the light in your own life.....the here and now is where the magic happens.

I agree with this somewhat because I’m nearing 40 and a single man. Despite seeing and meeting other single women within my age range they are not interested in me despite me having a good job and otherwise good with everything else. This tells me that either women must be waiting for the right person or they are capable of being on their own and not interested in pairing. Either way I’m screwed at 40 and I feel most men have a better chance in their 20s.

I took almost seven years off after my marriage to figure out what I really wanted and at the same time raise my daughter...practically on my own. So, I think if you wanted to get back out there...if you're ready to...then you'll be a good catch, especially for women with kids themselves.

Damn man really at 46? I am a guy who turned 23 last month(on 22nd December) and never had a girlfriend before. I went on my first ever date 4 months ago at the age of 22. She was 19(turned 20 few days ago) and we went to the mall, ate in Mcdonalds there and got my first hug from a girl but still yet to get my first kiss and I was pulling her cheeks a lot as she was cute. But 2 weeks after the date she became toxic and mean to me and blocked me on all social media. She basically used me for free lunch and to take lots of pics of her so she can post them on social media. I also have massive crush on this another girl for the past 6 months where I go for some classes to prepare for exams to get into an MBA B School as I just graduated college about 6 months ago and going to study MBA next. She also turned 23 just a few days ago. She has even called me cute several times and I pulled her cheeks too but I am shy near women in person so she is the one who initiates conversation with me. Few months ago I gave her a chocolate too but I often see her with her male friends so I get worried whether I have chance with her or not. 3 months ago, I went out with this another girl in the same class who is also 23 but so far we are just friends. We just roamed around the city and had lunch in a big restaurant and I pulled her cheeks a bit too when we took selfie but was shy to ask for a hug. It was a fun day and we might go out again probably next month. I also have been following some girls on Instagram who are in the 21-25 age range from the same institute but different classrooms and messaged few of them and had been chatting with 2 or 3 of them who are also about 22 and 23 year olds. Since July 2023, I also have been chatting with another girl on Instagram who is 19(turning 20 in April). We were in the same school but didn't know each other in school days so we only have been knowing each other for 6 months. We also send each other virtual hugs and she is very sweet and we have many things in common like we are both foodies, like similar types of movies and many more and we plan to meet up to eat somewhere very soon too but in the end I am still single.
