Help keep the hips up and get distance out of each stroke, each extension. Press forward with spinal extension and slightly down on the armpit. Keep pressing across the chest as you transition from one side, arm pit to arm pit, to the other, as you shift your weight. Shift the hips and the shoulders together so as not to twist the spine. Continue to lean in on the chest, not the head. Do keep in mind to not increase how far onto the side you go when pressing the armpit.
