Unlike Axl 🤢, who sounds nor looks nothing like Sebastian along with Skid Row actually cared about his fans & never threw a tantrum on stage & started throwing equipment at us & walked off stage! That was a lot of money for me but it never got refunded & it was part of the first song! He was a wanker! Never even came out with a reason or apology to us! Fucking wankers! Couldn’t even sing live, I’d seen them twice before. Even then he was full of himself, but I liked the music. Absolutely never again. Skid Row, the complete opposite & Sebastian’s voice is absolutely the real deal, Full of himself back then, but had the chops to follow through, constantly checking we were having a great time & we’re ok! No comparison in my book!!! Axl = wanker, Sebastian = not a wanker!!!!!!!

I've seen them several times live through their prime, nine times out of ten Sebastian could produce, he was amazing live most of the time as long as he wasn't too drunk.

@@dlh032766 you must not have seen him very many times. Because he was drunk a lot on stage. He was also on a reality TV show about sober living. Look that up but there's a lot of footage of him being drunk on stage it's easy to find. I'm not taking anything away from he was an amazing vocalist skid-row was a great band, I've seen them several times.

Definitely one of the best power ballads ever written. I can’t remember the lead vocalist name but the control he has is absolutely insane. My favourite skid row song. If you want to hear something more intense listen to “18 and life” another classic by these guys. Sebastian Bach. The lead vocalist is Sebastian Bach. It was driving me nut so i had to look it up.

One of my all-time fave songs! Lead singer Sebastian Bach pours his heart & soul into it, as he did with all Skid Row's songs. An incredible vocal range. The guitar solo is one of the best in-song solos of the metal "hair band" era. Thanks for your reaction.

Axl Rose and Sebastian Bach are good friends, they have even shared the stage several times! From way back in the 80's to shows in 2006, 2010, 2016 and so on!

I see the Axl Rose comparison. There where a lot of simlarities between the two singers and they are actually good friends and collaborated with each other numerous times both live and in the studio. And Skid Row opened for Guns N Roses for a few legs of GNRs Use Your Illusion tour in 1991. fun facts

The axl comparison isn't far off. He and Axl are literally best friends. Axl sang on his last solo record and skid row opened for guns and roses a lot in the past.

On the heavier side, the title track from their second album "Slave To The Grind" is a fast and furious song. Amazing musicians, still going strong with their current singer (Sebastian Bach has been a solo artist for a long time now & it's good too). Plenty of great songs from Baz's time with the band, three albums and an EP with lots of live footage from that era floating around on KZfaq.

Sebastian Bach went on to do 4 shows on Broadway... Not many other rock stars do that.. Also many solo albums.. No matter his attitude or what ppl think, He Is a Classically Trained Wonderful Singer..

The singer's name is Sebastian Bach. In my opinion, he had the best vocals of that era. I would even take his voice over Bon Jovi's but that is just me.

Saw them live twice back in the day, and I can assure you he sounded the same live! Look for the live version of "Youth Gone Wild" (live in Japan, I think.) That's one of my favorites, but really any of their live performances from back in the early 90's are incredible.

Saw them live at the MK Bowl in their prime supporting Vixen, Europe and Bon Jovi. That was one hell of a concert! Their second album Slave to the Grind is one of the most under-rated album of the ninties. Yes, Bisscute he sounds like this live! ❤

Sebastian Bach equals 🟰 VIBRATO! Sebastian Bach’s voice is awesome! A great singer! My daughter said: Daddy why is his lower lip quivering? I said honey that’s called: Vibrato and all the great singers have it! I live in Santa Monica California (LA County) Skid Row is a heartbreaking 💔 place and what makes it worse is a mile down the road are mansions! If you listen to Poison do a song called Give Me Something To Believe In Brett Michaels points out this very fact! I’m encouraged by seeing some celebrities feeding the homeless there! I remember working Thanksgiving and Christmas there shoulder to shoulder with some of the cast of Days of Our Lives! I worked beside Deidre Hall (Dr. Marlena Evans) and her twin sister Andrea Hall (Hattie Adams, Samantha Evans). God Bless the people who make their mark helping people on Skid Row!

Love this song ! and yes he can do this in person. I was luckily at a acoustic session of theirs and his voice in person was amazing. suggestions for their songs= 18 and live, Youth gone wild.monkey business.slave to the grind and in a darken room . thanks for trying these guys biss. oh and biss you remember the song you reacted to by falling in reverse - watch the world burn. the part where there are laptops falling from the sky and landing on that blonde guy , this is who he was referring to with that , the two bands got into argument. Re watch it and you will notice Sebastian getting blasted with lap tops .

I'm not sure how he holds up today; but back in the early/mid '90s, I saw Skid Row play several times and the voice was legit. Almost better from the stage in some ways. The band eventually imploded because they didn't get along so well, but for their moment in time - this was a terrific rock & roll band.

when you type in I remember you, among the first few positions will be a very good live rendition of the song. The first one that'll show. I think - pretty damn good. I can understand lead singers who didn't want Skid Row on the tour with them, because there was no stealing fans' hearts away from Sebastian after his performance. There was a this girl in a Metallica shirt among the audience in a MOnsters of Rock show 1992 or 1993. I saw her take a Sharpie during Skid Row's set and cross out the Metallica on the shirt and write Skid Row and I

Carrie underwood covers this song. This was one of my all time favorite bands. Yes he sings like this live. I saw skid row twice in concert, in 1995 and 96 on my 19th birthday when they opened for Van Halen
