Omg, that doppelganger story, I had the same experience with my mum as a child. She would be away for days at work and I remember this one night I was with my little brother sitting watching tv. The couch I was on faced away from the front door for some reason. Anyway I hear the door open and turn my head around to see my mum putting down her bags, drives and greets us in the doorway and I'm so excited to see her I yell 'Mum,' me and my brother jump up off the couch, but during that one turn I do as I'm getting off the couch she's disappeared. So I run down the hallway thinking she's gone to her room or something and she's just not anywhere. I even asked my brother's father where she went and he frowned and said that I should know she wouldn't be back for another couple of days. I still remember the image of her coming through the door, clear as day. I told her about years after and she says it could've been a time she had an accident/crash at work, I don't know how true her words are, but I know I saw consciously saw her as clear as if she was physically there.

The doppelgänger in my house story Some spirits and entities should they take a certain fondness to someone might make their self known and have gone out of their way to positively impact the person they like… personally I have a young girl spirit that took a fondness of me at about age 8. She always watched me with this calm face and seemed to enjoy watching me play. I stopped seeing her when I was 12 but I still feel her presence. Sometimes when I’m going through something hard I can feel her hand placed carefully on my shoulder as a way of her telling me that things will get better. One of my friends has this barn owl that always appears right before a hard time in her life to for warn her. People with strong psychic/empathetic power whether you realize you are or not are prone to these experiences. The better of heart the more likely an entity will “adopt” you

That doppelgänger story kind of reminds me of a few months ago. I was sick at my mom’s place, like really sick. And I never get sick. She was out of town and I was caring for her plants. After I just plopped down on her bed upstairs with my dog and tried to sleep. I heard steps like a person approach the door of the bedroom, and said, similarly to my brother’s voice but kind of shaky, “are you okay?” I was so out of it and had just found that spot of sleep so I mumbled “mmhm”. I felt my dog’s head lift from my leg and turn to the door. A few mins later it hit me that nobody was supposed to be in the house, and especially not a guy. My mom was out of town. This was really weird.

The only part of these stories that irritate me is when people 90% of the time don’t aim for the eyes, or shoot enough times with heavy caliber guns. Of course it would help to have white ash, speaking of which can that just be grabbed anywhere?

I like the UFO story, it sounds believable. Like in the story, my family isn't perfect. So, I have noticed that, sometimes... when people would argue alot in my neighborhood or when my parents argued pretty nasty, strange things would happen. I'm a very hard skeptic, though, so I've always kinda brushed those things off.

1:30am rn. my sleeping/anxiety pills really don’t work anymore if I only been using them for like 3-4 weeks🗿 I missed two classes at the gym cause I can’t fkn sleep until like 6:30am. class starts at 8:15am but we have to leave the house at like 7:30am cause it’s about a 30 minute drive to town, and I won’t see my psychiatrist until the 19th of this month😞

@haileybunnii1559 chamomile tea used to help me too. Whole flowers, even with tripling the bags, the tea bags always seemed weak. I had an old electric kettle I would dump a hearty handful of flowers in and let it steep for 20 min or so. At room temp it tastes sour to me. so I would let it steep in the kettle, then drink it fast. If you have really crazy dreams the tea maybe too strong. Made it too often even mixing with others flowers it's just too hard to drink each night. Had it too much over the years. Did enjoy the ritual of tea, I'll still make a hot drink at night before listening to stories and reading articles. Idk always hard to know what might help and what others have already tried. Good luck.

Omg! The same wolf spider thing happened to me! My husband and I were sleeping on a sofa bed in my mom's living room when, out of her old piano comes a wolf spider, and another one, and another one! I am very arachnophobic, so I look at my husband and say, "if one more spider comes out of that piano, I'm going to my sister's house!" There was an egg case in the piano and the half grown spiders were spreading out to find new territory! 😨

The second story, The Mongrel, that animal we will call it gave him a head start and then proved a point by chasing him down. The one scratch is that animal marking its possible future prey. It can always find him now. And then the Doppelganger story, the interaction is unusual for a Doppelganger. Normally people see someone's Doppelganger and they don't speak or they hear them but don't see then. Id say it was more her dad projected himself there or it was just so common it was a residual imprint. It could be the San for when she seen her mom but that time sounds more like a true Doppelganger sighting. She seeing her mom's Doppelganger is an omen of illness for the mom. If mom seen it herself it's a death omen. But I don't believe it wasxa Doppelganger of her dad, she said it felt like love. Maybe it was more of angel and it looked like her dad so she would be relaxed. But definitely a Doppelganger for her mom. And I believe a Doppelganger is a demon. Most everyone that's hadan encounter talks about the negative feelings or evil feelings.

The older sister in the last story clearly intended for the narrator to be the one the shadow figure took so she could get away. Shoving her younger sibling down before running to safety shows that she was selfish and a coward. She may have taken her sibling's arm and pulled him/her through the door when he/she managed to reach it, but that doesn't excuse her actions at all.
