Slash resistant mostly,stab would hurt but not pierce unless you REALLY fucking stab hard

Depending on the type of blade. I’ve used these before and I’ve also tested them, for anything from an ice pack to a drop point blade it’ll go right through with a general amount of force but when I tried with a Spey point blade it gave some resistance. If you want to stab proof I would recommend steel or high density poly propylene plates
